Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries about bank loan eligibility promptly and professionally.
Evaluate and analyze customers\' financial information and circumstances for housing loan eligibility.
Clearly explain the housing loan application process, including required documentation, timelines, and expectations.
Continuously update knowledge on housing loan products to provide accurate information to customers.
Ensure all interactions and transactions comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
Provide feedback on common customer issues to management and contribute to improving customer service strategies.
