Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Chartering of vessel (bulk chemical tanker) if need arise
  • Manage operation in shipping (bulk chemical tanker)
  • Manage and handle import and export shipping and documentation requirements
  • Interact directly with customers and suppliers/principles either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • respond promptly to customer/supplier inquiries, coordinate customer complaints with sales
  • process orders and provide delivery advice to storage terminal/warehouse.
  • Update delivery information to sales team
  • keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • manage administration & follow up on customer interactions
  • communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and any other related and assignments from time to time
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma holders, preferably with Degree holders
  • possess knowledge in export and import requirement
  • possess knowledge in process of chartering of vessel
  • knowledge of customer service principles, practices & administrative procedures
  • knowledge of relevant computer applications ie. Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
