Job Description
- Minimum qualification: Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree or at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service Centre or banking industry.
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Preferably female candidates (added advantage).
- Must have own transport and be willing to travel.
- Sales and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding their eligibility for bank loans in a timely and professional manner.
- Evaluate and analyze customer\'s financial information and circumstances to determine their eligibility for housing loans.
- Clearly explain the process for applying for a housing loan, including any necessary documentation,timelines, and what to expect.
- Continuously update knowledge on all housing loan products to provide accurate information to customers.
- Ensure all interactions and transactions comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Provide feedback on common customer issues to management and contribute to the development of strategies to improve customer service.
