Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries received via digital marketing platforms, email, phone calls, and other communication channels, ensuring accurate and consistent information is provided.
Proactively follow up on enquiries, manage customer interactions, and support the sales process to achieve successful deal closure.
Handle incoming customer calls in a courteous and professional manner, addressing enquiries related to products, services, pricing, and order status.
Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively by coordinating with relevant internal departments, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback to Management for service improvement and process enhancement.
Support customer retention initiatives by building strong relationships and delivering positive customer experiences.
Ensure compliance with Company policies, service-level standards, and internal procedures.
