- Standard Mandarin and good communication skills; English or other languages are preferred.
- Fresh grades are welcome to apply
- Proficient in using common office software (such as Word, Excel).
- Fast typing speed and high accuracy (recommended no less than 40 words per minute).
- Patient and meticulous, with a strong sense of service and responsibility.
- Good emotional management skills, able to complete work under pressure.
- Handle customer complaints promptly to improve customer satisfaction.
- Accurately record customer feedback to support business improvements.
- Communicate with the technical department, coordinate and solve customer problems, and ensure smooth service.
