Requirements

• SPM or higher qualification
• No experience required - Fresh graduates are welcome!
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken & written)
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and basic computer tools
• Positive attitude and strong communication with all levels of people

Working Hours:

• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (8 hours per day, 1 hour break)
• 5.5 working days per week (Saturday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
• Able to work OT/weekends during peak seasons

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent online customer service - answer inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up after sales
• Maintain positive customer relationships and satisfaction
• Proactively follow up and resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Communicate and cooperate effectively with the team and other departments
• Suggest improvements to enhance service and user experience
• Achieve the company's monthly KPI goals
