Make and receive calls with customers to explain and assist with vehicle insurance renewals.
Collect customer information to prepare quotations and support the renewal process.
Guide customers through payment procedures, ensuring smooth and accurate transactions.
Handle customer inquiries and provide friendly after-sales support.
Follow up on company-generated leads and reach out to potential new customers.
Assist customers in resolving insurance-related issues to ensure satisfaction.
Respond to help-desk emails and coordinate with other teams for timely resolutions.
Work towards achieving monthly sales and performance targets.
Safely manage and organize important documents such as payment receipts and policy records.
Stay updated with the latest product and service information to confidently assist customers.
Communicate with government agencies and insurance partners when required.
