Job Description


  • Perform Customer Service duties both offline (walk-in) and online leads generation.
  • Able to provide assistance to online inquiries.
  • Engage with customer via livechat / telephone.
  • Passionate in sales and people engagement.
  • Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services or obtain details of complaints.
  • Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients
