Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of prior experience in customer care support or in the audit/accounting industry (preferred).
• Proficiency in computers, particularly MS Office and Office 365.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with strong skills in time, task, and resource management.
• Ability to plan effectively and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Highly organized, independent, goal-oriented, and able to embrace challenges.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and speaking skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers to deliver value-added services.
• Resolve customer issues effectively by applying optimal and cost-efficient solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls and emails in accordance with company policies and SOPs.
• Follow up, monitor, and analyse customer calls and issues, ensuring appropriate solutions are provided.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and keep customers informed of relevant updates.
