Responsible for Taiwans e-hailing and food ordering platforms
Answer calls, reply to emails, respond to live chat, etc., and provide solutions to customers.
For example: after a customer orders a meal, but has not received the meal for a long time, then you need to help the customer check the progress, status, etc. after receiving this call.
Job requirements :
At least Form 5 graduation
Willing to work shifts
Available to work on weekends and public holidays
Communicate and write in simple English
