CUSTOMER SERVICE & TELEMARKETING EXECUTIVE (MOTORCYCLES)


Location:

Kapar.

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm

Salary:

RM 2000-RM2200

Established in the 1980s, we're an award-winning motorcycle dealership with 3 branches across Peninsular Malaysia. As we continue expanding, we're looking for talented individuals to join our growing team.

Your Role:



Make outbound calls to follow up with our customers for buying experience. Conduct CRM and follow up sales via telemarketing. Address Customer Inquiries and communicate with teams. Answering client correspondences through email, WhatsApp, and by phone. Assist Marketing for Event Support. Any other duties as and when assigned by superior from time to time.

We're Looking For:



Age 21-30 active listener. Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy. Minimum SPM/STPM 1+ year telemarketing/customer service experience Confident communicator (Bahasa Malaysia & English) Proficient in Microsoft Office Able to work independently
