Customer Success Internship

Here is what you will do:
- Support in projects within customer onboarding, interviewing customers, etc
- Engage customers on our product new features
- Be a resource when it comes to educating and teaching our customers about how to best utilize our products
- Understand our customer\xe2\x80\x99s challenges and problems
- Churn prevention and follow-up on cancellations
- Working towards goals and KPI: s together with your colleagues
- Do follow-up work connected to our Customer NPS, which helps us measure our customer satisfaction
; Requirements: -
- Diploma / Bachelor undergraduates seeking Internship placement
- Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS company
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Experience in a customer-facing role is recommended but not necessary
