Key Responsibilities:

Sales / ??

Follow up with leads and close deals ???????????????????? Gather market information and customer feedback to help optimize sales strategies ??????????????????????????????? Apply telemarketing skills to effectively communicate and build customer trust and to achieve monthly sales and customer success goals and target ??????????????????????????? Gather leads from various sources, including events, online platforms, and social media ??????????????????????????? Attend company-hosted events (online/offline) as a facilitator or support crew

???????????????? Walk-in & ????? Handle daily customer inquiries and after-sales issues (walk-in & online) ??????????????????????? Ensure customers can successfully use and gain continuous value from products ??????????????????? Maintain regular contact with customers to improve satisfaction and loyalty

????????? Messenger / WhatsApp ???????? Online customer service (familiarity with Messenger/WhatsApp preferred) ??????????????????????????? Good communication skills - able to communicate clearly, professionally, and warmly ???? & ????????????????????? Responsible & detail-oriented - able to handle multiple customer requests efficiently ?????????????????????? Sales-minded - able to upsell or close deals during service ?????????????????????? Data analysis skills - able to optimize processes using service data ???????????????????????? Multilingual skills (Mandarin, English) preferred to serve diverse customers
