Job Description


Bigledger has an opening for a Customer Success Executive who has background in this related field. The main activity is to develop relationship between customer in order to promote retention, loyalty and improving customer lifetime value. Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain a smooth and strong relationship with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
  • Provide technical support by replying inbound queries.
  • Pay attention to customer\xe2\x80\x99s details and complaint.
  • Design and implement customer retention policies.
  • Create, manage and track customer data using online tools.
  • Educate clients on both new and existing services which offer by the company.
  • Contribute to cross-functional internal projects to improve process.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marketing or any equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team membership skills.
  • High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
  • Critical thinking and creative problem solving in a fast paced environment.
  • Fluent in Mandarin. (Preferred).
  • Able to start immediately
  • Candidate needs to own a functioning laptop
