Customer Success Specialist
, you'll be the trusted advisor who helps our clients feel supported, confident, and excited about using our platform.
You'll guide them through onboarding, offer insights that make their work easier, and make sure they continue to see real value over time.

What You'll Do
You'll be the friendly face and go-to contact for our customers. In this role, you will:
Onboard new clients
-- guide them step by step so they feel confident and comfortable using ChatDaddy.
Build lasting relationships
-- maintain regular check-ins and be the person they trust for support and advice.
Drive product adoption
-- help clients unlock more features and use automation effectively to save time.
Collect feedback
-- listen to client insights and share ideas with our product team to continuously improve.
Support renewals and upsells
-- identify opportunities that truly add value to the customer's business.
Troubleshoot with care
-- resolve issues efficiently while ensuring the customer feels supported at every stage.
Who You Are
We're looking for someone who:
Has
1-3 years of experience
in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles (preferably in SaaS or tech).
Is
fluent in both English and Mandarin
(required) -- you'll be working with clients across Asia.
Brings a
positive, solutions-focused attitude
and genuinely enjoys helping others succeed.
Is comfortable using
CRM tools
(e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and enjoys staying organized.
Works well independently but thrives in a
collaborative, team-first
culture.
Is
proactive and detail-oriented
, noticing small issues before they become big challenges.
(Bonus) Has some familiarity with
WhatsApp automation or similar platforms
