"A fast-growing SaaS company serving automotive services SMEs across Malaysia". In less than 2 years, they have grown profitably to serve hundreds of customers through their dynamic team. They are now looking to scale aggressively and driven individuals to join their team.

What You'll Do

As a

Customer Success Intern

, you'll help our customers get the most out of our platform. Working closely with our Customer Success team, you'll:

Support onboarding for new customers and ensure they're set up for success. Monitor customer activity to identify opportunities for improvement and engagement. Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and calls. Assist in creating user guides, training materials, and product resources. Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to share feedback and ideas. Learn to use AI tools to automate workflows and improve customer engagement. Support Customer Success Managers in preparing reports and account reviews.

Who You Are

Degree not required -- any field of study is welcome. Strong communication skills (English proficiency a must). Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
