Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for onboarding, training, and ongoing support for major customers such as Oracle, Darwinbox, Salesforce, and Workday, ensuring successful product adoption.
Proactively maintain customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction, renewal rates, and repurchase rates.
Regularly analyze customer usage, provide optimization suggestions, and drive product value realization.
Collaborate closely with product and sales teams to convey customer feedback and drive product iteration.
Identify potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support business growth.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
At least 3 years of account management/customer success experience, preferably with a SaaS/HR Tech background.
Experience managing large SaaS clients (e.g., Oracle, Darwinbox, Salesforce, Workday).
Excellent communication and project management skills, able to handle multiple client needs simultaneously.
Strong service focus, data-driven, and passionate about helping clients succeed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
