- Bachelor\'s degree with 3-4 years working experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- IT experience/exposure is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Malay and Chinese speaking is a plus.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong collaborative and teamwork skills.
- Ability to build a rapport through online meetings, phone calls, and email.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Job Purpose: Customer Success Manager is responsible for helping our customers learn how to protect themselves against cyberattacks by delivering a comprehensive security awareness training program using the world\'s largest security awareness training and simulated phishing platform. In addition, this position will be charged with building effective relationships with new and existing customers and identifying opportunities for growth (renewals, upgrades, and so on).
Key Responsibilities: * Develop and manage relationships with customers including handling the onboarding process and gaining an understanding of each new customer\'s business objectives, and a strategy for supporting the customer in achieving those objectives using the platform including but not limited to advising customers on the implementation of training and phishing campaigns.
- Establish a foundation for success with each new account through strategic onboarding processes including account configuration, product and best practices training, end-user awareness campaigns, and other change management activities.
- Perform periodic progress reviews with customers to evaluate the effectiveness of the training program and make recommendations for improvement.
- Retain, upsell, and renew (as applicable) customer subscriptions to the platform.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and support in conducting value demonstrations of the platform.
