JOB SCOPE
Communicate with customers over the phone in order to schedule, remind and follow up with the guards on clocking activity.
Response to emergency panic and alarm-button within 5 minutes or less by following the standard operating procedure by the management of Ultrack Technology Sdn Bhd.
Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and explaining the best solution and ensuring resolution within the time limits.
Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies by the management of Ultrack.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
