• Fresh graduates are welcomed , cs experience preferred.
• Can speak in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Cantonese language is compulsory.
• Can relocate work in George Town area.
• Computer literacy.

Tanggungjawab

• Customer Support: Provide technical and non-technical support to customers. Communicate fluently in Cantonese, both spoken and written.
• Support customers via calls, emails, or live chat depending on project needs.
• Troubleshooting & Solutions: Guide customers through basic device troubleshooting
• Product Knowledge: Provide guidance on device settings, functions, and best practices.
