Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Diploma or higher, preferably in Customer Service, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • Required skills: Customer Service, Communication Skills, Problem Solving
  • Fresh graduates are not encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in data analysis and report preparation; experience with order management systems is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced work environment, with strong stress resilience and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken), with strong cross-cultural communication abilities.
Responsibilities
Client Interaction
  • Act as the secondary point of contact for client inquiries, coordinating to ensure effective fulfillment of client needs.
  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients through efficient communication.
Client Order Management
  • Process client forecasts, risk purchases, and purchase orders, conducting weekly data comparisons to analyze and review discrepancies.
  • Prepare variance reports for submission to superiors and engage in discussions with clients as needed.
  • Ensure accurate entry of forecasts, risk purchases, and purchase order details into the system, including all relevant information.
  • Coordinate overdue orders, communicate with clients, and ensure weekly updates to the latest version.
Delivery Management
  • Submit client order and delivery reports to senior management.
  • Monitor shipment progress daily, promptly identifying and reporting potential risks of delivery failures.
Issue Resolution
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., production, quality control, production planning, supply chain, and logistics) to coordinate matters related to client shipment plans.
