SPM graduates are also welcome to apply.TanggungjawabPosition Overview:As a Call Centre Agent (Backend) specializing in trademark validation, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of trademark applications and associated documentation. You will review submitted documents, validate trademark details, and cross-check information against official trademark databases to verify their authenticity and adherence to legal requirements. Your attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and thorough understanding of trademark procedures will be essential to maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the trademark registration process.Experience:

• Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or legal support role, particularly in a call center, is preferred.
• Familiarity with trademark databases and legal documentation procedures is a significant advantage.
• Candidates without relevant experience and but with strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
