RM2,000 + Incentives
Working Hours:
8:00 AM - 9:00 PM (rotational)

Job Scope:
Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally.
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
Record and update customer details in the system.
Resolve issues or escalate when necessary.
Ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma.
Good communication skills in
English & BM
.
Able to start work on
8 October
.
Positive, friendly, and customer-oriented attitude.
