Address and resolve mothers' complaints with care and professionalism.

Handle payments received from mothers and manage payments for center
operations.

Assist with meal delivery to mothers if necessary.

Assist mothers with check-in and check-out procedures, including room
inspection and passing information to departments.

Ensure that the check-in and check-out rooms are cleaned and prepared on time
by coordinating closely with the housekeeping team.

Prepare and arrange small surprises for mothers before discharge and after

13. Visitor Management ????
Manage daily visitor numbers, coordinate with the baby room, and ensure
