Role Summary :-



As a

Customer Support

, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to ensure a smooth and positive delivery experience by managing inquiries, providing timely updates, and resolving delivery-related issues with professionalism and care.

What You'll Be Doing:-



Handle customer inquiries related to

parcel deliveries

and

order statuses

. Communicate clearly and professionally via

phone, email, and chat

in

Malay, English, and Chinese

. Provide accurate updates on order tracking, delivery timelines, and address any issues or delays. Proactively liaise with

logistics partners and internal teams

to resolve customer concerns efficiently. Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions in our support system. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as

logistics, operations, and billing

to ensure a seamless customer journey. Identify and suggest improvements to enhance customer service and support operations. Uphold company values while delivering exceptional service. Assist with

ad-hoc tasks

as required.

What We're Looking For:-



Proficiency in

Malay, English, and Chinese

(spoken and written). Excellent communication skills with a strong

customer-first mindset

. Highly organized and able to

multitask

in a fast-paced environment. A natural problem-solver with keen attention to detail. A positive,

team-oriented attitude

and eagerness to grow. Open to

fresh graduates

with strong language and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
