We are sourcing behalf of the clients... Company Background Our client is one of the leading telecommunications provider which based in Glenmarie Industrial Park, Shah Alam. They specialising in domestic and international connectivity, data centre, cloud and managed services solutions catered to the Retail, Enterprise and Wholesale markets. Highlights

Working Hours
  • Monday - Sunday - Rotational Shifts 8.00am (Earliest shift start) - 12am (Latest shift start)
Responsibilities
  • Handle Customer enquiries via telephone to provide information and assistance (Mainly regarding the WIFI and Broadband troubleshooting) - Inbound calls.
  • To perform outbound calls to follow up on consumers enquiries and to provide resolutions or update.
Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least of SPM or above in any fields. SPM holder which needed to pass of BM, BI and English.
  • Confident and excellent communication skills.
  • Encourage fresh graduates to apply (for who that have technical e.g. Wi-Fi/Broadband knowledge are preferably).
  • Candidates must be a person who passion with customer service position.
Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Schedule:
