They specialising in domestic and international connectivity, data centre, cloud and managed services solutions catered to the Retail, Enterprise and Wholesale markets. Highlights

- Monday - Sunday - Rotational Shifts 8.00am (Earliest shift start) - 12am (Latest shift start)
- Handle Customer enquiries via telephone to provide information and assistance (Mainly regarding the WIFI and Broadband troubleshooting) - Inbound calls.
- To perform outbound calls to follow up on consumers enquiries and to provide resolutions or update.
- Candidates must possess at least of SPM or above in any fields. SPM holder which needed to pass of BM, BI and English.
- Confident and excellent communication skills.
- Encourage fresh graduates to apply (for who that have technical e.g. Wi-Fi/Broadband knowledge are preferably).
- Candidates must be a person who passion with customer service position.
