Job Title: Customer Support / Customer Service / Admin
Location: Gelang Patah
Basic Salary: RM 2300 + Attendance Allowance
Working Days: 5 days per week
Job Responsibilities :
1. Handle Customers
? Answer many phone calls
? Understand customer needs and help solve problems
? Build good relationships with customers
? Provide correct information and solutions
2. Admin & Office Tasks
? Be the main contact for executives and clients
? Receive calls, take messages, and manage correspondence
? Coordinate shipment arrangements (inbound/outbound)
? Prepare reports and maintain filing systems
3. General Duties
? Follow company rules and procedures
? Help team members as needed
? Go the extra mile for customers
Job Requirements
? Able to speak and write in English and Malay.
? No experience required; training will be provided.
? Basic computer skills (able to handle email, Word, Excel, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
