CCTECH International Sales & Services Sdn Bhd,

a service provider company of its nature of business related in sales, repair and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment, We provide sales activities as well as to provide technical support and maintenance services in relation to semiconductor equipment to our worldwide customers in Singapore, Korea, Philippines, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Europe.

Responsibility

1. Install and commission new machine and kit at end user facilities.

2. Carry out machine and kit buy-off process as per end user requirement.

3. Conduct machine operation and maintenance training to end user.

4. Provide on-site and off-site technical support to end user.

5. Feedback machine and kit matter and end user input to HQ through JIRA system for continuous improvement.

6. Update machine and kit status to HQ through JIRA for progress tracking and KPI purposes.

Requirements

1 Minimum Degree/Diploma holder or 2-4 years working experience in related industry.

2 Good command of Mandarin, English and Malay written and spoken communication skills.

3 Good analysis and trouble shooting skills. Able to work independently.

4 Willing to work overtime and travel local/oversea support when required.
