- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and above.
- Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply
- Full Training Provided
- Fluent in the required language Cantonese & English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Applicant must be willing to work on Monday to Friday (including PH if PH falls between Monday to Friday)
- Willing to Relocate to George Town Penang.
- Field inbound & outbound calls and exhibit the correct sales and customer experience behavior's throughout the entire interaction
- Take a consultative approach to uncovering needs and forming solutions of new products and services that will help their businesses succeed
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
- Thrives in a team environment, eager to learn and grow.
- Curious and inquisitive, always seeking professional excellence.
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
