Roles & Responsibilities (Post-Training Placement)



Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Provide accurate information and basic issue resolution Maintain proper customer records Ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements



Fresh graduates or unemployed job seekers Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in any discipline Willing to commit to full 10-day training

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
