Responsibilities
Process online enquiries and feedback.
Ensure feedback and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records and documents of every customer service ticket.
Troubleshooting for customers on minor technical issues.
Communicate and coordinate with all internal departments.
Provide a polite, professional and accurate response in accordance with agreed service standard.
Other ad hoc tasks assign by superior.
