Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Provide excellent customer service via live chat, email, and inbound/outbound calls to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience. Address customer inquiries in a timely manner, offering precise information about product features, advantages, and pricing. Develop and nurture strong customer relationships through proactive follow-ups via phone and email. Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs.

Job Requirements:



Possess a minimum qualification of SPM No experience necessary - full training will be provided Immediate availability to start work Excellent written and spoken English communication skills High overtime earnings potential
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM2,900.00 per month
