Job Description

Job Scope / Responsibilities:



Support Fibre Service Operations

Provide day-to-day operational support for fibre service activities, ensuring smooth processes and timely service delivery.

Handle Customer Calls

Answer customer enquiries related to fibre installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, providing accurate and professional assistance.

Coordinate Technician Schedules

Check technician availability, arrange appointments, and coordinate schedules to ensure efficient service deployment.

Data Entry & Documentation

Perform data entry tasks, maintain service records, and ensure all information is accurately updated in the system.

Manage Online Appointments

Check, update, and follow up on online appointment bookings to ensure all service requests are handled promptly.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
