Job Scope
**Role Summary:

• Customer Service Intern plays a critical role in registering the newly onboarded subscriber and account maintenance in Customer Management System (CMS) after opportunity execution from respective stakeholder.
• They are required to ensure data accuracy of new subscriber\'s according to the information given are properly authorized and filed.
• The candidate should possess good organization and administrative skills, the ability to response quickly, being independent to perform tasks correctly with little assistance.
• A clear and pleasant speaking voice and fluency in English is also desired. There are several primary responsibilities common to this occupation:

**What you\'ll be doing:

• Accountable to register and ensure data accuracy of subscriber profile update, contact management as well as package management in CMS prior to the account activation.
• Liable to account maintenance, to execute the changes of subscriber account in CMS.
• Provide the general administrative support to the team.
• Take reasonable steps to ensure that the business area complies with the relevant requirements and standards of the regulatory system.
• Perform and achieve the KPI as assigned.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirement
More about You: Open for ongoing students/recent graduates with minimum Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Mathematics, Data Management/Data Analytics Excellent communication skills (Both verbal and written) Passionate in learning Data Management (Data Entry) Internship period 3 months ONLY Able to start December 2023/January 2024 Minimum Year of Working Experience
