Are you friendly, responsible, and love working in a family-friendly environment? Join us at Happy Fish Swim School as an Outlet Customer Support and help create a welcoming and safe space for our little swimmers and their families!
Work Venue: Sunway Bigbox Iskandar Puteri Johor
Hours: A (9.30AM-6.30PM) B (11.30AM-8.30PM)
2 days off day on Weekday

• Able to communicate well in English, Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia.
• Candidate possesses at least a Certificate / Diploma or above
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Friendly and helpful personality - love meeting people!
• A tidy and meticulous person.
• Caring, loving and wiling to work with children and toddler.
• Strong communication skills and team work.
• Multitasking

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly customer service to all visitors and students
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the branch (changing rooms, reception)
• Support front desk operations (attendance tracking, admin tasks, etc.)
• Assist with class coordination and daily branch routines
• Report and escalate any issues or emergencies to the Branch Manager
• Ensure a clean, cheerful, and well-organised learning environment
