As a Customer Service Executive (IT HelpDesk), you will provide prompt support, handle inquiries, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include maintaining records, assisting with system testing, improving processes, and ensuring compliance. Strong analytical and communication skills are required, with a preference for Mandarin speakers. Ideal candidates have customer service or IT support experience and can work fixed shifts from Monday - Friday. The ideal candidate should be bringing a balance of experience and adaptability to the role.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide good customer service promptly.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Responsible to handle all customers' inquiries and feedback in a quality manner.
Manage and ensure timely meeting the customer requirements.
Ensure maintaining accurate system data and records.
Assist in interface- testing, system setting testing, problem collection, consolidation and troubleshooting.
Provide product-related information and assist in the process of bidding materials.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Troubleshooting IT issues and resolving customer complaints.
To adhere and deliver the service KPIs as per the monthly scorecard performance management and strict compliance of SOPs, company and regulatory guidelines/ policies & standard requirements.
Back up other team members when there is a shortage of manpower within the customer service department.
Requirements:
STPM, Foundation, Diploma or Degree in any field.
Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong data analytical and tabulation, communication skills and excellent presentation skills.
Candidates who are fluent in both Mandarin & English are preferred. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
Able to work shift (7am to 4pm/11am to 8pm/2pm to 11pm), no midnight shift
Able to type in Mandarin (laptop) (50W in 1 minute)
