Job Description

The Customer Support Officer (Online) is responsible for resolving online shopper\'s queries, recommending solutions, and guiding the customers through features and functionalities.

• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Candidates must possess at least Diploma
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer\'s queries professionally, timely, and in an accurate way on the E-Commerce platforms.

• Provide feedback to the customer\'s comments and complaints.
• Identify and analyze customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Update our databases on any issues and feedback received from customers.
• Ensure all the materials for courier and delivery of goods are ready and liaise with the Admin officer for necessary arrangements.
• Manage returns of orders.
• Perform any other task as and when required by the Management.
