Customer Support Representative (Korean Language) - Native Korean based in Malaysia

We are seeking native Korean speakers to join our customer service team based in Malaysia. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to gain international work experience, explore a multicultural environment, and develop a professional career in customer service. No previous work experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Job Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat in Korean
Assist customers with product information, account issues, billing, technical support, or service-related questions
Provide accurate, friendly, and timely solutions to ensure a positive customer experience
Record and update customer information and feedback in the system
Collaborate with internal departments when issues require escalation or follow-up
Maintain professionalism and compliance with company service standards and guidelines
Requirements
Native Korean speaker (from South Korea)
Basic knowledge of English for internal communication and system usage
Strong communication skills, polite and customer-focused attitude
No experience required; fresh graduates or first-time job seekers are encouraged to apply
Willing to relocate and work in Malaysia
