Requirements



- Malaysian only.

- Must possess at least a SPM

- Fresh graduates/candidates with or without relevant working experience.

- Good communication skills.

-Training will be provided.

Responsibility

- Call center for medical/health care

- Handle customer inquiries over the Voice (inbound call) and Non-voice (LiveChat, Emails, WhatsApp) channel

- Receiving general queries (medical related) from customer

- Collect details and check the availability of specialist or Doctor

- Assist customers in making and scheduling for appointment

- Provide accurate information (medical-related)

Benefits

Remunerations

- Basic in between RM2500.00 - RM2700.00

- Language allowance : RM 300

- KPI - up to RM500.00

- Perfect Attendance allowance: RM100.00

Working hour : Rotational shift basis ( 24/7)

Location : Menara Tan & Tan (Nearby MRT Persiaran KLCC)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
