Job Description

Tribe is seeking a skilled and communicative Customer Support Executive to provide remote assistance for a major global client in the mobile gaming sector, Tencent. This is a great opportunity to be the front line of support, ensuring players receive outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver exceptional customer assistance through digital communication platforms. Manage multiple software applications and tools at the same time. Diagnose and troubleshoot player concerns using critical thinking and effective questioning. Guide users by leveraging established resources and solution databases. Uphold a professional and helpful attitude in every interaction.

Qualifications:



Full professional proficiency in both Mandarin and English (a language assessment will be administered). Previous background in a customer-facing or contact center position. An interest in or knowledge of mobile gaming is a strong plus. Tech-savvy, with comfort in using various systems and Microsoft Office. Must have a personal computer and a stable, high-speed internet connection. High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
