• Fluent in the required language Bahasa Malaysia/Cantonese/Bahasa Indonesia and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Experienced in technical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with various devices (smartphones, tablets, PCs).
• Analytical skills for resolving complex issues.
• Proficient in navigating multiple systems and tools.
• Self-managing in fast-paced environments.
