Position Name: Helpdesk Agent - Normal Speaker
Basic Salary: Range from RM2600-2700 + RM 300 (allowance, eligible after probation)
Location: Mid Valley, Centre Point. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Training: report to office on the first 3 weeks for training & laptop collection.
Job Scope:
1. Communicate with client/customer via call, chat, replying to emails and social media.
2. Troubleshoot and providing technical support.
3. Assisting and resolving any questions or concern raised by client.
Operating Hours:
Mon to Fri 8:45am till 6:00pm for both countries handling CC (MY & SG)
Job scope:
a) Type of transaction that will be completed by the contact center personnel include as
below via Phone, Email & Social Media
i) General customer support services
ii) Complaint Management
iii) Product Technical Support (Consumer Electronics)
Requirement condition
i) Minimum 1 year contact center working experience/customer service industry
ii) Minimum Qualification Diploma Level
iii) Good communication skill in English/Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia
iv) Able to write email reply/business writing (English)
