Job Description


  • Facilitate communication between individuals with language barriers by providing language interpretation services.
  • Handle telephone or video calls promptly and interpret conversations between speakers of Cantonese/Mandarin and English in consecutive mode.
  • Process information efficiently, recognizing cultural differences, and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Utilize appropriate industry terminology and have a good understanding of common procedures and practices.
  • Interpret calls that may involve simple or complex, non-technical or technical subjects in various industries such as healthcare, government, insurance, finance, utilities, travel and hospitality, 911 emergency services, law enforcement, courts, and general business.
