Why does this job exist and why is it critical?\xe2\x80\x8bUsage & Retention Analyst will steer and shape the strategy to run customer lifecycle management within the Enterprise business base with the objective of driving value creation. This involves creating the right customer propositions for identified target segments and create campaigns to drive adoption of the propositions.What are you accountable for?
  • Identify key drivers, mechanics and dependencies for driving conversion, product adoption, retention and cross sell.
  • Develop campaigns to drive adoptions of relevant products across various segments.
  • Translate analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Identify customer segments for targeted marketing programs and craft customer offers and programs to deliver base revenue growth.
  • Interlock with segment sales for feedback and improvement on campaigns.
  • Analyse data and present it in a meaningful way using data visualization, data mapping and storytelling.
  • Support process simplification and automation of workflow for base management.
  • Manage device loyalty program.
What do you need to have for the role?Formal Education
  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field of study
Work Experience
  • 5-7 years relevant experience in telecommunication, Product related role.
  • Experienced in working with data to generate insights and KPI tracking.
Skills / Knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge in excel, good communication, logical reasoning, advanced powerpoint & presentation skills.
  • Has experience liaising and managing different business stakeholders.
  • Experience with scripting / programming tools/ data visualisation such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau.
