Due to expansion plans, they are currently looking for a Customs Brokerage Manager to join their growing company. This role will be based in Selangor.Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively connect with the customs department to foster relationships and stay informed, ensuring our shipments are cleared without issues.
  • Engage with customers and address their inquiries and complaints promptly.
  • Enhance customs declarations and processes by establishing and nurturing relationships with customs officials to foster growth.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or anything relevant.
  • Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
  • Experience working as a Forwarding or Customs Brokerage Manager would be advantageous.
  • MUST HAVE: Customs Certification (KEK)
