Our client is a well-established MNC manufacturer in Taman Murni Senai, Johor Bahru. Industry: Manufacturing/Production (Chemical/Plastics) Working Hour: Monday to Friday :
- Responsible for LMW license renewal/application, monthly/yearly reports submitting to customs.
- Handle duty exemption application for all incoming spare parts requirement for the site.
- Ensure and comply proper documentation for LMW audit system and compliance.
- Handle duty exemption application for additional business needs from time to time.
- Liaise with respective customs officer on all LMW requirement.
- Responsible for handling import/export documents application and reports to relevant government authorities when necessary - MIDA, MITI, customs office and etc.
- Assist the team in handling inbound and outbound shipment.
- Apply duty exemption when necessary.
- Work closely with Logistic, Customer Service, Materials Planner and Warehouse on all LMW requirement.
- Arrange and monitor daily shipment from external warehouse (GBA Warehouse), prepare documents (CIPL, DO) for all material movement from site to external service provider and vice-versa.
- Arrange materials transfer to sub-contractor.
- Follow up shipment.
- Liaise with transporter to arrange the shipment.
- Min. 3 years of relevant working experience in logistics/shipping function, manufacturing industry is preferred or relevant.
- Min. Diploma education level in any discipline.
- Required language - English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required knowledge - LMW, Duty Exemption.
