Job Title: Cyber Engineering - Risk (Cybersecurity Incident Response / Threat Intelligence)

As a Cyber Engineering - Risk professional, you'll play a critical role in safeguarding our systems and networks from cyber threats. To succeed in this role, you'll need to stay one step ahead of emerging threats. You'll work closely with our engineering teams to identify and mitigate risks and develop strategies to protect our systems and data. You'll need to be proactive, collaborative, and always looking for ways to improve our cybersecurity posture.
What you do (Roles & Responsibilities)
Perform daily log maintenance review of user ID provisioning and deprovisioning activities.
Conduct dormant account reviews to ensure timely deactivation of unused accounts.
Perform user access reviews and recertification in line with compliance requirements.
Handle internal and external audit engagements related to IAM processes.
Support IAM governance activities, including policy enforcement and compliance monitoring.
Prepare reports and documentation for audits and management reviews.
Collaborate with IAM operations team and business units to resolve access-related issues.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal security policies.
Who you are (Experience & Qualifications)
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Identity and Access Management or related IT security functions.
Strong understanding of IAM principles, processes, and compliance requirements.
Experience in user access review, recertification, and audit handling.
Familiarity with IAM tools and platforms (e.g., Active Directory, SailPoint) is an advantage.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Professional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred but not mandatory.
