Your profile

• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Etc.
• Minimum 4+ years working in SOC with strong security technology operations experience
• Deep understanding of Mitre ATT&CK, NIST Incident Response Process and/or SANS Incident Response Process
• Extensive knowledge of Advanced Persistent Threats (APT) tactics, technical and procedures
• Advanced industry certifications for security defenders such as GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA), GIAC Certified Incident Handling (GCIH), CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+) or similar
• Experience working in an MSS or MDR environment.

Your responsibilities:

As a Cybersecurity Professional and enthusiast having understanding of latest cyberthreats and help customers identify and analysis threats in the challenging IT/OT environments. For effective analysis, you shall leverage cutting edge technologies, data analytics and endoint detection and response technologies for the investigation

The areas of responsibilities cover the following:

• Perform tactical forensic analysis on endpoint and/or network security data
• Assist in Detection Use Case roadmap development and Detection Use Case validation
• Provide subject matter expert support to the SOC during incident response and threat hunting activities
• Develop, document, and update necessary Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Respond to periodic on-call escalations
• Provide mentor-ship and development opportunities to junior SOC analysts
• Define, implement, and monitor key risk indicators and key performance indicators (KRIs/KPIs)
