You will be supporting markets in multiple time zones and some flexibility around working hours will be needed.About RoleIn this role you will be collaborating with various stakeholders across the business including our GBS teams in Lisbon and Bogota, including internal/external stakeholders to support the ongoing business operations.To be successful in this role you will have:Contribute to the development, maintenance and assessment of the Incident Response PlanImplement and assess procedures related to incident handlingIdentify, analyse, mitigate and communicate cybersecurity incidentsAssess and manage technical vulnerabilitiesEnsure cybersecurity incidents detection and response effectivenessEnforce the resilience of the cybersecurity controls and mitigation actions taken after a cybersecurity or data breach incidentAdopt and execute incident handling testing techniquesExecute procedures for incident results analysis and incident handling reportingDocument incident results analysis and incident handling actionsCooperate with Secure Operation Centers (SOCs) and Computer Security Incident Response Teams (CSIRTs)RequirementsRelated Tertiary level education w/min 3 years of experience in Cyber SecurityExperience working in a Shared Service/Global Business Center environment is desirableCybersecurity-related certifications (CompTIA+, CompTIA Security+, CSA)Incident handling standards, methodologies and frameworksKnowledge of Incident handling tools i.e. SplunkCybersecurity attack proceduresCybersecurity related laws, regulations and legislationsSecure Operation Centers (SOCs) operationComputer Security Incident Response Teams (CSIRTs) operationOutroOur ambitions will bring the very best out in you.
