Job Description

:

• Design, implement, and manage FortiGate firewall solutions to ensurerobust network security for diverse client environments.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Fortinet products including FortiGate NGFW, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, and FortiOS.
• Proficient in deploying and managing Fortinet\'s security solutions across diverse network environments.
• Configure and maintain FortiManager for centralized management of multiple Fortinet devices.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their network security needs and design tailored solutions.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for Fortinet security products.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, firewall policies, VPNs, andintrusion prevention systems (IPS).
• Must have experience in handling Forti manager and install policy in different country firewall from Forti manager.
• HLD Knowledge and designing/updating network diagram.
• FortiGate firewall VDOM creation.
• Must have experience analysing and implementing complex firewall rules on FortiGate security devices.
• FortiGate firewall policy configuration and troubleshooting knowledge
• Experience with switches, and a good understanding of IP sub netting and routing such OSPF and BGP
• Must have experience in FortiGate HA configuration, troubleshooting knowledge and firmware upgradation.
• Security profile configuration.
• Firemon policy manager tool knowledge is added advantage.
• Proven hands-on experience with firewalls and a comprehensive knowledge of network security including Intrusion Detection/prevention, DMZ, encryption, IPSec, Site to Site VPN tunnels, SSL/VPN.
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of how to troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues that involve firewalls, network, and applications
• Fortinet NSE certification (NSE 4 or higher) is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the abilityto convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with other network security solutions and products.
• Knowledge on Fortigate SDWAN solution is added advantage
